Written by Zera Creative

You've placed an order on an SMM panel and you're watching the status update. What does "Partial" mean? Why is your order still "Pending" after 20 minutes? When should you request a refill? This guide explains every status clearly — and what action (if any) you need to take.

The Complete Order Status Guide

Pending

What it means: Your order has been received and queued but delivery hasn't started yet. The system is either routing your order to the appropriate provider or the provider is in a queue before starting.

How long it should last: Most services move from Pending to Processing within seconds to a few minutes. If a service stays Pending for more than 30 minutes, it's worth contacting support to check for provider issues.

Action needed: None — wait for the status to advance. Only contact support if Pending persists beyond the expected start time shown on the service listing.

Processing

What it means: The order has been sent to the provider and is being prepared for delivery. The provider is setting up the delivery queue for your specific link.

How long it should last: A few seconds to a few minutes. This is a transitional status before delivery actually begins.

Action needed: None.

In Progress

What it means: Delivery is actively happening. The panel is delivering your ordered quantity gradually. Your count is increasing as you watch.

How long it should last: Depends on order size and the service's delivery speed. A 1,000 follower order might complete in 1–6 hours. A 100,000 view order might run for 24–48 hours. Large orders with drip-feed settings may show In Progress for several days.

Action needed: None — this is the normal active delivery state. You can monitor progress by checking your actual social media count versus the start count.

Completed

What it means: The full ordered quantity has been delivered. The order is fulfilled.

Action needed: None for immediate action. If you notice drops within the refill guarantee window (typically 30 days), you can submit a refill request from the completed order in your dashboard.

Partial ⚠️

What it means: This is the status that confuses most users. Partial means delivery stopped before reaching the full ordered quantity. The order closed with only part of the quantity delivered.

Common reasons for Partial:

  • Account went private — if your social media account switched to private during delivery, the provider accounts can't access it to follow/engage
  • Link changed or became invalid — the URL changed or the post was deleted during delivery
  • Provider capacity limit reached — the provider exhausted their delivery capacity for that service tier before completing
  • Platform-side restriction — the target account hit a follower/engagement limit temporarily

Action needed: Check your balance — the undelivered portion should be automatically refunded. If not, contact support with your order ID. If your account was private, make it public and re-order.

Partial vs DropsA Partial order stopped delivering before completion. A drop is when a completed order subsequently loses count after delivery finished (followers unfollow, accounts get deleted, etc.). These are different situations — Partial results in a balance refund; drops are covered by the refill guarantee.

Canceled

What it means: The order was canceled — either by you (before it started) or by the system (because delivery couldn't begin).

When it happens: System-canceled orders occur when: the service is temporarily unavailable, the link is invalid, or the provider is having technical issues. User-canceled orders can only happen while the status is still Pending.

Action needed: Your full order cost is refunded to your balance automatically. Try the order again or contact support if the issue persists.

Understanding Refill Requests

The refill system is separate from order status. A refill is available on completed orders when your count drops after delivery. Here's how it works:

  1. Order is completed — full quantity delivered
  2. After some time, your follower/subscriber/viewer count drops (natural attrition)
  3. Within the refill window (typically 30 days), you go to Orders → find the original order → click Refill
  4. The system creates a new delivery to top up the dropped quantity
  5. Refill is processed at no charge to you
When Refill Isn't AvailableNot all services include refill — check the service listing before ordering. Refill is typically available for follower services but not for views, likes, or comments (since these are event-based metrics, not count-based). Also, refill requests submitted outside the guarantee window (after 30 days) are not eligible.
